Having an issue where the beginning of a voicemail message is cut off. it is not happening on every single message. It is happening throughout the company but not consistently.
It is way under utilized system and only has about 50 messages in the voicemail total. About 10 extensions total.
It is a NBX V3000 running 6_0_55.

First 6.0.55 is a buggy older version . Upgrade to at least R6.0.63 or you can go to 6.5.22 as its free to 6.0 cusotmers .
Then retest !
Secondly : These usually signify timing issues on the voicemail that are mostly code related . When the beep sounds on the vmail , the recording starts . Make sure when you record the message that you hear the beep first then record and listen to your test voicemail . This will verify no otehr issues .

Upgraded to 6_0_63 and the problem is still occurring. It is not a timing issue. I checked it myself.

Get examples like ext number it happened to , how many people are experiencing this issue , analog or digital lines , internal only or onternal and external calls .
R6.0.63 is the only code you should be running in 6.0 mode as there are too many issues in older versions .

I am running 6.0.63 now, it is happening on ALL mailboxes. It is POTS lines, 8 lines, and most voicemails are from external calls.
