I have a 3Com NBX V3000 running NBX protocol and version R6_5_20.

We have SIP trunks from bandwidth.com using an Adtran 908E to convert them to PRI and into the nbx.

DTMF tones in the AA are not being properly recognized. We confirmed that it's using RFC2833 on the backend. I need to know how to change this in the NBX? The only place I can see that does anything wiht DTMF is in the System-Wide Settings> Enable Features System Wide. (RTP DTMF Payload Type)

I have two problems:

1) I can not find anywhere that defines what the payload type numbers are. Mine is set to 97.
2) When I try to change anything on that page, I get a popup error that says "extensions should be of 0 digits"

I think this is a bug as I cannot change anything on this page no matter what I have tried.

Any thoughts?

last time I saw the "extensions should be of 0 digits" A reboot fixed it.
You should also be running 6.5.22...
