I have a NBX V3001 on v6.5. I tried to add 3 new DID's to associate with 3 existing extensions on you system. I have done this before, but it seems that I have forgotten a step...

I exported the Dial Plan to a text file. I editted the file and imported it back in to the system. The changes show in the dial plan on the Gateway, but the DID's do not roll to the desired extensions.

PreTranslatorOperation Create 1 58 1 replace 234
PreTranslatorOperation Create 1 59 1 replace 235
PreTranslatorOperation Create 1 60 1 replace 236
PreTranslatorOperation Create 1 61 1 replace 237
PreTranslatorOperation Create 1 62 1 replace 238
PreTranslatorOperation Create 1 63 1 replace 239

PreTranslatorEntry Create 1 58 7534
PreTranslatorEntry Create 1 59 7535
PreTranslatorEntry Create 1 60 7536
PreTranslatorEntry Create 1 61 7537
PreTranslatorEntry Create 1 62 7538
PreTranslatorEntry Create 1 63 7539

Lines 58-60 are from a previous change and they work. Lines 61-63 are the new additions and do not work.

Is there somewhere else in the system that I need to make a change, or am I missing something in the syntax that I have done wrong here?

ANy thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This troubleshooting step assumes that you have an ISDN PRI. With that said try going to PSTN Gateway Configuration -> ISDN PRI Spans and then click the link for your span. Afterwards click the tab at the top for STATUS. While you are viewing the status page, dial the number in question and then refresh the page. This should show you whats happening with your call once it hits the NBX. If it doesn't show up, you may want to first make sure you have channels available and then confirm with your telco provider that the number is in fact live on your PRI. Hope this helps as I don't see a syntax error. Feel free to post the results of the status page after testing. If it shows up, it should tell you how its being handled
