Whe we pulled our call records for ACD reports we are getting an error 91 record not found. I have watched the process and I see where the file is download from the NBX and then parsed into smaller files.

It is an NBX V5000 wit 6_0_3 code.

On the code part, we are looking to upgrade to 6_5_xxx to be able to start using SIP. My question is whether we can just use SIP on the trunks and not have to have SIP compliant phones, or do we need have SIP compliant phones also?
